We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager within the Consulting, Internal Audit team in our Sydney office. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.

• You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification and conversion of new internal audit and controls opportunities.
• You will oversee a portfolio of client engagements and manage internal audit professionals in the delivery of internal audit engagements.
• You will be responsible for the development of junior internal audit staff through ‘on-the-job’ training and facilitation of relevant training programs.
• Leading and guiding the team and client to create and deliver internal audit plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and strategies which comply with professional standards.
• Nurturing client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables and outcomes.

• Practical and solution-oriented approach to identify technical developments and evaluate and advise impacts.
• High level communication and engagement skills, including exceptional report writing abilities.
• Strong business acumen, commercially focused attitude.
• Inspiring leadership capability with the motivation to develop others, build high performing teams and effectively delegate with appropriate levels of support.
• Excellent project management skills including ability to lead fieldwork.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree qualification in business, commerce, accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Professional accreditations will also be considered favorably (CPA, CIA or CA).
• Worked for a minimum of 6 years either in professional services or a combination of industry and professional services delivering internal audits to your stakeholders.
