As a Senior Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will beaccountable for managing and directing the control and oversight of variousaspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, andreporting. You will report directly to our Program Controls guide, and you’llwork out of our Tecno Parque CDMX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our projectsby ensuring effective program controls and providing insights andrecommendations to optimize project performance KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide the program controls function forprojects and programs
• Develop and implement project planning andscheduling strategies
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Analyze project performance metrics andprovide insights and recommendations
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensureproject success
• Ensure compliance with Honeywell policies,project management standards and best practices

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles
• Strong guide and team management skills
• Excellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills
• Strong insight into project management ethics and methodologies
• Experience with project planning and scheduling tools
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Advanced English Level
