Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or an engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in data science or other quantitative fields (statistics, Machine Learning, engineering, etc.).
- Experience working cross-functionally.
- Experience using data insights to drive product improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or an engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Innovative problem solver that can turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear solutions; comfort with new technologies and thinking outside the box to develop and implement short and long-term solutions.
- Ability to influence without authority, working on and with technical and cross-functional or highly matrixed teams who do not report into this role to get things done.
- Entrepreneurial drive and with experience developing high-growth technology products and services.
- Ability to handle organizational complexities.
