In this role, you will create new opportunities for the brand to engage with consumers and develop innovative ways to connect with them in a highly competitive environment.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in business, planning, or analytics.
• Hands-on expertise in analytics, deriving useful insights, and applying findings, along with strong creative planning skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean, including meeting facilitation, strategic recommendations, and persuasive communication with internal teams and partners.
• Outstanding organizational and project leadership skills to balance attention to detail with the overall vision.
• A team player with experience collaborating effectively within a matrix organization.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

If this is you, you will be engaging in daily business operations with the following responsibilities:

- Lead daily communications with Third Party Platform (3PP) partners.

- Own Code gate processes (Go-To-Market).

- Track and ensure seasonal readiness throughout the process.
