Logistics Administration Assistant - 6 Months

The Logistics administration assistant will be responsible for collating and verifying shipping documents for outbound deliveries in KSA and sharing documents in the document repository. Additionally responsible for auditing and maintaining the Document repository i.e ensuring the correct naming conventions and folders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifying the contents of all shipping documents (Invoices, NUPCO data, MOH data, ASN details etc)
  • Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have access to the documents in the repository
  • Correcting or escalating inconsistencies to Customer Care, Transport or Operations Managers
  • Confirming that the document repository folders reflect all current shipments as per the dispatch schedule.
  • Ensuring that all departing trucks have the correct shipping documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Basic knowledge of shipping documents
  • Business fluency in English
  • Eligible to enroll with Tamheer Program
