Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in sales development, sales strategy or field sales in the technology industry, with cloud products and platforms.
- Experience working in an account management/sales planning role to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience working with the enterprise sector market, across the
Latin America (LATAM) region. - Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS), Productivity, or Collaboration technology solutions to clients.
- Speak English and Spanish fluently in order to effectively communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience securing and growing customer bases, carrying and exceeding strategic business goals in a sales role.
- Experience building and maintaining long-term executive relationships, ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion.
- Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based business activity within complex business cycles.
- Experience working cross-functionally, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, legal, inventory software estate, and build business cases for transformation and implementation plans, and close large, complex agreements.
- Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud and Productivity and Collaboration.
