Role Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of the Indian social and business culture. Candidates who are exposed to more advanced processes and structures in international jobs are highly desirable.
  • A talent strategist unafraid to get things done and someone the team can rely on. As a country representative, the country leader must educate the company about the country’s standards, policies and regulations in respect to the existing operations in the country so it can successfully strengthen itself. Act as a pivotal position across the teams to set clear roadmap and execution plan about the needs, priorities, KPIs and reasons behind the applied strategy.
  • Results-driven global executive with a successful record of accomplishment in finance, operations, supply chain transformation and leadership. Innovative, collaborative problem solver and change agent with proven excellence in stream lining and optimizing operations and delivering business goals. Excited about building processes, must have vision and think ahead, but also willing to roll up his/her sleeves and get their hands deep into the processes.
  • Building teams, mentor of successful high-performing teams and ensure the right people are in the right positions, empower them to accomplish goals and professional development.
  • Business Process Re-engineering: Manage the complete lifecycle of Process Improvement i.e. Value Stream Mapping, Opportunity Identification, Business Process Re-engineering and Solutions, Creating the Value Proposition and then Selling. Post sign-off, creating and implementing the Transition Plan and the Resourcing Strategy.
  • Experience and expertise in digital solutions for IT enterprise systems, with a focus on predictive analytics, AI, and ML. This knowledge will enable the transformation of existing data mining processes into more innovative and faster delivery mechanisms across GBS verticals.

Country Head:

  • Foster and drive a united culture and identity of Teva India across all business units
  • Partner with India site leaders to develop capabilities and synergies across the country
  • Lead country based operations and manage country external affairs including communication and negotiation with local authorities and government officials
  • Work in collaboration with HR and corporate affair teams to constantly improve Teva's employer brand in India, as well as improve employee engagement and retention
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws & regulations to enable managing the business effectively with optimal support and high level of ethical standards

GBS Head:

  • Develop and execute Service Management strategy
  • Ensure that all parts of GBS operations are integrated and create a high performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Own the deployment of GBS standards across multiple centers and processes
  • Create consistency among performance management, SLAs/SOWs and relationship to GBS customers
  • Own and monitor the GBS Performance Management process
  • Develop Standards, KPI structure for all processes, Quarterly Business Reviews for all GBS verticals.
  • Create integrate reporting and tracking systems for all key metrics
  • Manage the creation and reporting of GBS metrics internally and externally
  • Drive agenda and content for the strategic and tactical governance layer and ensuring that the operational KPI’s / issues and opportunities and flowing ‘upstream’ accordingly
  • Lead and drive all activities related to budget, cost recovery, value tracking and marketing for Center
  • Support GBS-wide strategic and business planning process
  • Ensure execution of business continuity plans and risk management plans
Skills & Experience:
  • Substantial experience with Service Management concepts- Performance Management, Governance, Relationship Management
  • Experience in working with multifunctional or global teams
  • Experience managing global teams
  • Experience working for a multinational organization where she/he would have worked with colleagues internationally
  • Strategic, Analytical thinker with ability to diagnose complex problems and structure solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver continuous improvement initiatives
  • Skilled in building strong external and internal strategic relationships
  • Skilled in influencing without authority through knowledge, skills, and relationships
  • Ability to manage and track issues in functional areas where he/she is not an expert or does not own the final decision
  • Six sigma Black Belt certified - Preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
