The Reliability Technical Lead will lead Reliability teams and activities of HW Systems, for reliability prediction and after release for ECOs\periodical tests of the system. The role will include working with R&D departments (System Engineering, Integration, Mechanics, Electronics, Embedded, Algorithm, Software Development and others) to specify, plan, execute and report all the tests required, working closely with QA\RA for medical QMS compliance.
The role includes, developing of work and test methods of reliability field.
In this role, you will…
- Define the required reliability tests per the mentioned cases.
- Develop testing processes and work processes.
- Guide the reliability team in performing the tests.
- Responsible on the reliability lab (Training\Purchasing\Resources allocation)
- Work with external labs (Carmel, SII, Aminolab) – performing additional reliability tests.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems/Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering or related education.
- Professional experience with product Verification and Validation, at least 5 years.
- Proven experience from multi-disciplinary companies, preferred medical device industry.
- Strong technical skills- capability of taking requirements to detailed spec, assisting the team to define the detailed tests, solving problems, constructive criticism in complex situations, and foresees problems along with potential solutions.
- Project management skills, ability to build detailed plan and tracking process, dashboards- advantage.
