As a Quality Engineer you will

Your role will be vital for developing our products to the required Safety and Quality standards for our Customers and Patients.

Your role:

• Support, guide and help the organizational parts (mainly Logistics and ProductDevelopment) to use and apply the appropriate Philips QMS processes
• Solve quality challenges
• Ensure Development Controls are being respected and complied with by the developers
• Look at compliance and completeness of the training of colleagues
• Train processes, procedures, work instructions to your colleagues. Support deployment
• See for compliance with QMS processes
• See for compliance of products with the (regulatory) requirements
• Advice on “ready for delivery” to the Operations Manager and the Quality Manager
• Feedback on non-compliant parts to Procurement department for further actions towardssupplier
• Support and tracking of CAPA handling-Contribute (as project member) to projects with guidance and support on subjects as:Product quality, quality of project execution (process adherence), milestone / gatedeliverables
• Monitor (using sources in- and external Philips) changes in relevant Standards​

• Ableto condense/categorize information and report out on appropriate level
• Maintainrelationships with key players, such as: Q&R Manager, Project Manager,Architect, R&D Manager, Operations manager, Procurement Business Partner, andregulatory colleagues
• Quality Systems (according ISO9001 and ISO13485)-Regulatory knowledge
• English, Dutch (preferred)
