Pre-Sales and RFPs:

Lead technical discussions during pre-sales engagements, showcasing Salesforce Einstein AI expertise, its benefits, and strategic value.
Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and proofs of concept on Einstein AI capabilities that resonate with client-specific challenges.
Contribute to the creation of RFP responses, providing in-depth technical solutions, architecture design, and implementation strategies to win new projects.
Estimations and Proposals:
Analyze project requirements and client needs to provide accurate effort estimations and timelines for AI-driven Salesforce implementations.
Develop comprehensive technical proposals and solution blueprints, aligning with client expectations, budget constraints, and business requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver competitive proposals that ensure technical feasibility while meeting business goals and maximizing Salesforce’s AI potential.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Lead the development and delivery of training programs on Salesforce Einstein AI features for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to enhance AI adoption.
Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of best practices, AI implementation methodologies, and technical documentation for ongoing reference and learning.
Mentor and guide technical teams, providing them with the necessary tools and insights to effectively utilize Salesforce Einstein in client projects.
4. Discovery and Design:
Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather business requirements and design AI-driven Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
Architect scalable, robust AI solutions using Salesforce Einstein AI features such as Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Vision, and Einstein Discovery.
Ensure that technical solutions are not only effective but also meet the client’s business objectives and are scalable for future needs.
. Project Ownership and Execution:
Take ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery of AI projects, ensuring that Salesforce Einstein AI features are successfully implemented.
Oversee the technical team, guiding them throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality AI solutions on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress, proactively address technical challenges, and ensure timely resolution of any issues to deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
Collaboration with Other Business Units:
Collaborate with other business units, including project management, development, and support teams, to ensure seamless execution of AI projects.
Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows, encourage teamwork, and drive success across the organization.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Einstein AI, machine learning, and relevant technologies to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge.
Contribute to the development of best practices and AI solution methodologies within the organization to maintain a competitive edge in AI implementations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and AI innovation, driving advancements in how AI is integrated into Salesforce environments.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in the IT Industry with at least 6 plus years relevant experience in Data Science or AI related technologies.
Strong pre-sales experience, including technical presentations, RFP responses, and solution design, with a focus on AI-driven Salesforce project
Ability to lead the design and architecture of scalable AI solutions tailored to business needs and future growth.
Hands-on experience leveraging large sets of structured and unstructured data to develop data-driven tactical and strategic analytics and insights using ML, NLP, computer vision solutions.
Experience with implementing information search and retrieval at scale, using a range of solutions ranging from keyword search to semantic search using embeddings.
Demonstrated experience in crafting prompts for generative AI, with a portfolio of examples ranging from simple to complex scenarios
Ability to translate technical AI concepts into practical applications for non-technical teams.
Knowledge of and measurable hands-on experience with developing or tuning Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI (GAI)
Strong foundation in AI/ML algorithms, with experience in generative AI techniques such as Large Language Models (LLMs)
Good understanding of data ingestion, preprocessing, search and retrieval, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP/LLM model development, fine-tuning and prompt engineering and ensure the solution meets all technical and business requirements
Ensure that the models are designed and developed while adhering to specified standards, governance and best practices in ML model development as specified by senior Data Science and MLOps leads.
Extensive experience providing accurate estimations, creating detailed technical proposals, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate AI/ML solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in managing the technical delivery of AI projects, with a focus on Salesforce Einstein, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, providing training, and sharing knowledge on best practices and AI methodologies
Architect certifications from recognized university
Experience in a Generative AI environment, focusing on application development in Gen AI.
Experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering for AI model training.
Understanding of neural network architectures and optimization techniques for generative models.
Familiarity with deploying AI models into production, with a readiness to learn and adapt.
Commitment to staying updated with the latest generative AI research and techniques.
Prior experience in industries like financial services, retail, or healthcare with a focus on AI-driven customer insights and optimization.
Preferred Skills :
Proven expertise in Salesforce Einstein AI (Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Discovery, Einstein Vision, and CRM - A , Einstein Chatbot, Einstein Copilot , Einstein Studio , Sales and Service Einstein Features ) and its applications within Salesforce.
Hands-on experience with Apex,LWC for building custom AI solutions within Salesforce.
Experience in Python , TensorFlow, or PyTorch for developing ML models
Experience in Data Cloud or Snowflake or any other DataLake Solutions which can be integrated with Salesforce.
Experience with integration tools for connecting AI models to Salesforce.
NLP, image recognition, and predictive analytics experience within Salesforce ecosystems.
Experience with database technologies like Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, or BigQuery is a plus.
Exposure to front-end design or UI development for integrating AI features is a plus.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with an interest in cloud-based AI solutions is a plus.
Salesforce Certifications - AI Associate and Architect Certifications.
