To be successful in this role you’ll need to be well organized, assisting multiple Trust and Safety teams with different issues at any one time. Technically savvy with an interest in content moderation/data labeling, your verbal and written communication skills should be excellent, being able to clearly explain issues and the paths to resolution quickly and succinctly to the catalog associates. Your commitment to the success of our Trust & Safety org should be strong and you should have a proven record of exceeding on input/output goals.
- 5+ years’ experience in operations and people management (should have the exposure of managing large teams, 50+)
- Experience interpreting data to make business recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Managing Business related fields, or 2 years in equivalent and relevant work experience
- Experienced level in organization-wide initiatives that deliver direct business impact globally
- Must currently reside in greater San Jose area or willing to relocate immediately upon offer acceptance if offered
