Description
• Develop monthly forecast and annual budget based on comprehensive financial models and insights from business stakeholders• Understand the business spend requirements and guide business partners to make the most effective spending decisions• Analyze and track headcount, variable and fixed expenses• Provide management reporting to enable the business partners to manage their budgets and headcount in accordance with annual plan• Support Forecast & Close review• Drive quarterly reviews with the business teams• Partner with Data Center Capex Analysts on allocation methodology and execution• Manage purchase requisitions to ensure correct application of project/GL codes while ensuring compliance with Corporate Procurement requirements• Create accruals for monthly and quarterly Close, ensuring adherence to SOX requirements for substantiation of accruals• Possess excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills• Ability to partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization• Identify and analyze optimization opportunities within iCloud and Media Product business model• Work closely with other members of Services & AI ML Finance and the business partners to analyze other key business drivers
Key Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of progressive, relevant experience in a high performance and high growth organization, preferably supporting engineering teams across international markets
  • The successful candidate welcomes change, is curious to discover approaches to challenging issues, takes on problem solving with a positive attitude and is self-motivated to complete challenging tasks
  • Naturally curious and enjoys the unknown and ambiguity, with the ability to think independently along with limited instruction
  • Able to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations for business stakeholders
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of team
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • The ability to work to deadlines and on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong financial modeling skills, experience with enterprise software systems and databases preferred
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
  • Composed executive presence, balancing confidence with humility
Education & Experience
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or another quantitative field. MBA is a plus.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,900 and $250,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
