Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
- Experience meeting Business-to-Business sales goals.
- Ability to communicate in a Central Eastern European language (e.g., Ukrainian, Slovak, Serbian, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Latvian, Lithuanian) and English fluently to effectively communicate in this customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders.
- Experience managing and customizing for a customer base.
- Experience reaching out to customers, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.
- Ability to work separately with the capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time, while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to develop business recommendations, action plans, and ideas on improving internal processes.
