In this role, you will:

• Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
• Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
• Provide work direction to lessexperienced Strategyand Execution staff

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of BusinessExecution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in Strategy and/or Analytics
• 6+ months of experience in Financial Services or Management Consulting
• 6+ months of experience in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience in SAS, SQL, Python or equivalent
• Degree in quantitative disciplines or data-intensive fields, such as Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or Actuarial Science.
• Reporting and analytics work experience.
• VBA Macros and automation.
• Experience in Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis.
• Proficient with SAS / SQL to effectively obtain and merge data, perform analytics, and automate reporting from various sources.
• Advance level Tableau abilities and a proven history of maximizing Tableau's capabilities in visualizations.
• Basic Python and advanced analytics experience would be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-experts using data visualizations.
• Proficient with MS – Excel functions and formula
• Flexible with work hours / schedule
• Willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
