As a Loan Support Analyst with the Dealer Floorplan Operations team, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.In this role, you will be expected to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am EST - 5:00 pm EST.As a Loan Support Analyst, you will complete same day daily funding requests. You will have assigned daily requests from the Operations Work Lead, which are pipelined from Commercial Lending Servicing Portal. After requests are assigned, you will conduct due diligence and book requests in WI. For requests indicating the payment to be made via wire another system PSUI is used to complete the monetary transaction. If any errors are found, the QC team will kick the request back and you will have to fix any errors.You can expect to have work assigned in the morning and look at everything from the prior day in a daily morning huddle. During the afternoon you can also expect a touch base to see where all same day funding requests are. On occasion, you can expect to communicate with Dealers and Relationship managers via email and/or on the phone. This usually occurs when clarification is needed for funding a loan. You will also process refunds for Dealers that are received in the form of a paper check, title tracking, and some legal files in office. It is beneficial for proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OneNote, along with meticulous attention to detail and a capacity to adjust to diverse workloads.Job Description
  • Executes varied transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. May have responsibility for large, complex and sensitive assigned accounts or portfolio.
  • Processes and/or reconciles varied and moderately complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately. May interact with customers and have assigned accounts or portfolio.
  • Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
  • Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received.
  • Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
