Who we’re looking for
We want motivated graduates to become the change agents of Operations. A successful candidate for the Program will have:
- Be in your final year of university (Graduation in 2025)
- Pursuing a Bachelors’ or Masters degree in Finance, Quantitative Methods, Data Analysis, Big Data, Mathematics or other related degrees
- Commitment to personal growth and career development with a strong desire to learn and be successful in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with an analytical and strategic mindset
- Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
