- Generate reports and analyze the performance of campaigns and promos to extract actionable insights, and translate them into clear recommendations and plans.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in digital merchandising, digital commerce, marketing, or digital customer experience.
Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to create innovative customer experiences.

Experience enhancing digital merchandising performance through data-driven insights.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of regional retail trends, including shopping behaviors, consumer preferences and conversion optimization strategies.
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions and effectively leverage resources.
Familiar with analytics reporting tools like Adobe analytics and Tableau
