Ensure product design aligns with target FOB & GIM target is achieved by doing predictive cost, validate and approve T1 costing sheet in compliance to adidas costing standards, negotiate with T1 & provide smart cost saving solutions where needed.
Lead the development process to ensure on time prototypes/3D samples are created which delivers desired design intent, aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.
Evaluate all prototypes in compliance with AD & workmanship standard, evaluate 3D samples in compliance with 3D assert quality standard.
Manage systems(FlexPLM/Creation Portal) to ensure accurate product information is delivered to T1, as well accurate data is entered by T1 including BOM, costing or other data as required.
Ensure that all materials and prototypes are tested and adhere to adidas quality, safety and A01 standards. Manage quality exceptions with senior management as needed prior to Buy Ready.
Continuous research innovations from the market and stay current on manufactory innovations to be able to translate them into product creation.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
College or University degree in clothing technology and/or manufacturing or comparable education
Minimum 5 years of work experience in garment/textile industry
