As a Credit Analyst in auto finance, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline with a service level commitment to automotive dealers. Excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong time management skills are required to ensure exceptional customer service. This role is a great introduction to the auto business and can provide a solid foundation for advancement and growth within Chase Auto.
The primary hours will be Monday – Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Pacific Time with rotating Saturdays 9:30am–6:00pm.
• Conduct phone interviews with potential and existing auto customers; investigate and ensure due diligence
• Interact with dealers, external customers and internal departments within Chase
• Conduct employment and insurance verification
• Investigate and verify pertinent loan information
• Perform application rekeys to identify and correct application submission errors
• Meet or exceed quality control audits
• Participate in the document retention process
• Strong communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Customer service and/or retail sales experience
• Experience within a call center environment preferred
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt within a changing environment
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Auto Finance experience
