What you'll do...

What you will do:

The Group Director of Engineering will be a key technology leader of our global team of about 200 engineers and data scientists. The role entails the following responsibilities:

Partner with product, operation and sales leaders to contribute to and execute the product and technology roadmap.

Hire, develop and build a world class engineering organization including senior architects and engineering leaders.

Establish a culture of product innovation, platform thinking and engineering excellence.

What you will bring:

Domain expertise in running largescale B2B systems with high availability. Expertise in AdTech, MarTech and/or eCommece is preferred.

10+ years of experience in running large (200+) engineering organization and managing senior engineering leaders and architects.

Working knowledge of multiple distributed technologies ( e.g. GCP/Azure, Spark/Storm, Kafka, Key Value Stores, Caching, Solr, Druid, etc.)

Experience in influencing across functional boundaries.

Proven ability to hire, mentor and grow top engineering talents.

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and 20+ years of industry experience.

Previous Start up experience in Data, AdTech and/or eCommerce.

The annual salary range for this position is $254,000.00-$481,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
