About You

We are seeking an experienced expatriate tax practitioner with the following attributes:

• Strong technical tax skills, with a desire for continuous development.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• A strategic and commercial mindset, understanding wider business issues.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with enthusiasm for new challenges.
• Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and budget monitoring.
• Experience in mobility compliance, tax compliance, and advisory projects.
• Risk awareness, with the ability to conduct reviews and escalate when necessary.
• Client-focused and commercially aware, able to manage expectations effectively.
• Problem-solving skills, with a creative and pragmatic approach.
• Relevant qualifications: ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, or Law qualification (or equivalent).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service.
• Support business development by managing existing client accounts and contributing to new client acquisitions.
• Oversee the successful delivery of mobility tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-focused approach.
• Keep clients informed of key legislative changes and their business impact.
• Delegate to and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
• Shape the future of our practice by leveraging technology and regulatory advancements to enhance service offerings.
• Balance risk management and commercial success, ensuring value for both EY and our clients.
