Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Benefits Professional, you will be responsible for all operational and delivery aspects andoperational aspects of our employee benefits data and vendor relationships also with regards
to quality and service delivery. You will work closely together with other Benefit Professionalsemployee communications and financial reporting related to the benefits programs.

• You will support the implementation and execution of Benefits programs and Benefit design
changes
• You will manage employee data in various HR systems, ensuring data consistency
• You will support the resolution of employee queries, routine and exceptional cases
• You will ensure overall compliance by following external/internal guidelines and process
documentation
• You will also have the opportunity to brainstorm on process simplification, automation and
elimination possibilities
