Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience working in an Opthalmic Lens technical environment, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
3 years of experience in technical leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in ophthalmic lens design or a related field.
Experience in optical design software such as Zemax or Code V.
Knowledge of ophthalmic lens manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
Understanding of geometric, aberration theory, and ophthalmic optics principles.
Familiarity with ophthalmic lens materials (e.g., polymers, polycarbonates, high-index materials).
