Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
3-5 years of digital marketing and/or social media experience at a tech company.
Dual native English and Hebrew speaker.
Social media core capabilities including in-depth platform knowledge, editorial calendar management, publishing, community engagement, and performance metrics tracking.
Hands-on experience running end-to-end social media campaigns - paid and organic.
A proven track record in creating engaging digital content in all formats (videos, visuals, long-form text) across all digital channels, from TikTok to LinkedIn
A true social media expert, tracking the latest trends, with a pulse on what makes content highly shareable.
Familiarity with all social media metrics and KPIs for both paid and organic activity.
Proven track record in implementing integrated strategic communications plans for large, complex, and global organizations.
Ability to self-start and manage projects, and make an impact while working in an global, highly matrixed organization.
Collaborative, influential, and capable of inspiring confidence and trust among stakeholders.
