Head of Finance Image Guided Therapy - Devices

You are responsible for

• Lead the IGTD Finance Team

• Responsible for IGTD’s entire financial portfolio (1.1bn€ revenue)

• Lead the financial planning processes for the business (SPOR, AOP & Forecasts)

• Fully understand the global patient disease markets which are served by IGTD

• Establish relationships with IGTD leadership team and corporate partners to identify needs, create business solutions and explain and communicate business performance

• Providing strategic and financial planning for the IGTD Business Units as part of the business Executive Team to define end-state goals, to support implementation and measurement of business strategies;

• Preparing and executing strategic decisions by means of sound business analysis

• Driving & monitoring performance improvements in all areas

• Responsible for partnering with the R&D organization to build out a robust portfolio that is based on strong business models.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• 15+ years of proven and well-rounded finance experience, covering a full range of finance fields including FP&A, A&IC, and prior business decision support

• University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting; MBA or other advanced degree required

• Success in a global, quickly transforming environment

• Good understanding of tools and systems (EFR, VIPP) Knowledge and adherence of FCPA, GBP, ICS/SOX
