As a Summer Fellow in our ABP Fellowship program, you will be provided with an introduction to financial services and the firm. You will be exposed to our senior leaders and gain insight into how your diverse backgrounds and perspectives as financial services professionals might positively impact the future of people’s lives, the firm and our industry.

This opportunity will expose students to careers in financial services and include hands-on experience, mentorship, and a project-based curriculum, designed to help build a pathway to future employment opportunities. The ABP Fellowship Program is committed to providing early exposure and professional development opportunities to participants. Upon successful completion of the Fellowship Program, you will be considered for a 2026 Summer Internship offer. Successful completion of the internship is a significant step towards securing full-time employment with the firm.

Job responsibilities

  • Proactively engage in learning opportunities to gain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's businesses, clients and customers.
  • Actively pursue opportunities to enhance your professional development skills, including attending training sessions, and engaging with mentors.
  • Prepare and present a curriculum-based project to an audience of senior stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Sophomore standing (expected graduation date of December 2026 through Summer 2027)
  • Attends college/university in the U.S. (all majors considered) in good standing
  • Demonstrates a significant commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion through, for example, campus activities community service work, and/or related leadership activity
  • Possess a strong interest in developing professional skills for future opportunities in financial services

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

Track:Securities Services Leadership Program (SSLP)

The Securities Services Leadership Program (SSLP) track of the AHL Fellowship Program offers an immersive experience designed for aspiring leaders eager to work with the industry's largest institutional investors and enhance their investment strategies. Key features of a role in SSLP include:

  • Diverse Product Exposure:Engage with a wide range of services, including Custody, Fund Services, and Trading Services, to support client needs.
  • Innovation and Adaptation:Learn to navigate and leverage advancements in technology, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
  • Professional Development:Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from industry experts, fostering growth and expertise in a dynamic environment.
