What you'll do

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Finance Associate

Duration: 6 months + possible prolongation

Time schedule: 20 hours/week (50%), ideally 4 hours/day

• Admin support of Order to Invoice process
• Execution of basic Order to Invoice tasks (booking, invoicing, dispute handling)
• Reporting and analytical support of team senior specialists
• Month end closing activities – meeting deadlines, compliance process and ensure booking of all deals
• Communication – internal and external customer queries, collaboration with business partners (cash collection, commercial,..) and stakeholders(CFOs, sales,..)
• Participate in regular meetings and other activities that might arise from the nature of Order to Invoice process
