- Plan, organize, implement, and manage capital and process improvement projects
- Evaluate network capacity
- Recommend and implement changes to safety procedures, work methods, and labor standards
- Conduct and lead project meetings with Senior Management
- Assess and optimize processes and equipment used in the facility
- Typical projects could include spearheading process improvements, evaluating ergonomic needs and issues within work areas, or conducting a capacity planning and analysis study for peak seasonA day in the life
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5+ years of experience directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects or 3+ years of Amazon experience
