Collect, measure and analyze project management data. Identify, track and close project issues.
Ensure creation of project scope plan and creation of project schedule.
Create the project quality management plan, identify quality standards and metrics to measure achievement of these standards.
Identify project risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed.
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Identify areas of improvement within existing processes and propose effective, data-driven solutions.
Ability to analyze complex data and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation to support efficient process execution.
Strong awareness of risk and compliance considerations, with a proactive approach to audit readiness.
Qualifications:
2-5 years relevant experience
Bilingual (Spanish-English)
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
