Talent Services (TS) AVirtual Talent Hub(VTH) is The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Oceania Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to set up, build the capability and lead the Oceania
|
Operations and Reporting responsibilities include: - Design and deliver regular reporting and insights on recruitment activity for the Oceania TA2 team to meet leadership requirements.
- Educate and upskill recruiters and Oceania TA2 leaders on reporting functionality in SuccessFactors
- Oversee TA2 operations projects including recruitment compliance and process improvement
- Support with onboarding of new TA2 team members
Virtual Talent Hub responsibilities include:
- Acting as the single point of contact for all interactions, activities or matters related to the Oceania Virtual Talent Acquisition Hub.
- Working closely with the Global, Area and Regional Talent Leaders in identifying roles and activities that are being set-up in the hub including location strategy and over-all implementation approach
- Working with the Project Team in the execution of the implementation plan and with the onshore team in carrying forward the VTH operating model and ways of working post initial transition
- Overseeing onboarding of new VTH resources into the VTH operating model and working closely with the onshore teams in providing global, area and region-specific training to their VTH team members
- Working closely with the onshore teams in defining over-arching performance management framework, tracking and reporting for the VTH team members, as well as roles and responsibility between the onshore and VTH leaders
- Implementing a process to monitor and drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices within and across the entire network of hubs
- Working closely with the onshore teams in establishing and maintaining “ways of working” as guiding principles for the VTH resources in the performance of their day-to-day tasks and deliverables
- Developing and sharing accurate report to clients on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Coaching and developing all direct reports in line with EY Performance Management and Development Programs and related initiatives.

| Other Requirements: - Occasional travel will be required for global meetings (post-pandemic)
- Frequent meetings with others across global time zones will require some calls to be made outside of standard business hours
| Education: | Experience: - At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources or Shared Services for a multinational organization
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Experience across several client/internal projects, focused on the development, improvement and deployment of similarproducts or tools and the end to end product lifecycle within a Professional Services environment.
- Proven track record of working with a senior stakeholder population
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, experienced hire, and campus recruitment
- Experience in sharing insights from data and reporting and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of EY processes and systems including SuccessFactors for recruiting
