- 8 years of experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
- 5 years of experience of people management in a leadership role.
- 5 years of experience in Movies/TV Industry.
- 5 years of experience in managing organizational changes (e.g., innovation/AI/tools adoption).
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience managing programs and driving significant operational improvements.
- Experience establishing a culture of continuous improvement benchmarked against industry best practices.
- Excellent thinking and discussion skills, with the ability to present compelling narratives to executive audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to inform decision-making.
