KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Proven NPO experience
• Strong highly technical background and credibility in the Network Planning and Optimization (10+ years):
• Solid understanding of network design and network performance related practices according to the solutions and automation portfolio.
• Passion to continually learn new mobile technologies and be at the forefront of NPO applications for those new technologies.
• Understanding of audit process which includes configuration audits, parameters audit, radio capacity assessment including post processing log files and Layer 3 analysis required.
• Familiarity with KPI definition, traffic forecasting, Multilayer and parameter tuning, data optimization techniques required.
• E2E approach on issue handling (cross functional knowledge) is required.
• Excellent communication skills and attitude for knowledge sharing.
• Able to lead a team and provide strategic direction is required.
• Analytical approach to problem solving and good presentation skills required.Project Management Skills:
• Defines procedures and requirements regarding quality management (audit, certification, tests, acceptance).
• Estimating PM effort, and reviewing estimates provided by engineering.
• Prepare offer baseline of project management plan (PMP), budget and schedule.
• Preferably holds valid PMP® certification or equivalent (PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, etc.)Stakeholder Engagement Skills:
• Proven experience with Senior Management and CX level customer engagements.
• Proven experiences in managing Network Planning and Optimization Programs and Projects between key stakeholders.
• Lead the development of the wider virtual team of Japan NPO team members.
• To be recognized at MU Level by all CT & Solution Heads as the Lead NPO representative for Japan for both technical & team management.Language Skills:
• English: Fluent.
• Culturally sensitive to Japanese business environment to build CxO and close senior customer relationships.
