• Develops customer specific architecture in dedicated area of competence.• Identifies the BG's involved and coordinates cross-BG activities for initial phase of solution development.• Captures and manages the functional and non-functional requirements by using industry best practices.• Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders, and translates them into effective requirements and solutions.• Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions, through the high as well as low level design of architecture, to meet customer needs in a market positioning prospective.• Applies solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution's integrity over time, including verification that the solution meets the clients requirements.• Develops the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.• Researches, designs, plans, develops and evaluates an effective solution in specialized domains to meet customers' requirements and outcomes, thanks to high as well as low level design of architecture.• Develops the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.• Contributes to strategic decisions within professional area.• Contributes to development of concepts to determine professional direction of own organization unit.• Often leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.


Position Description:-

  • Develop detailed customer solution design & architecture and perform technical risk evaluation for overall technical solution.
  • Own technical part of bid preparation: solution design/architecture, effort estimates, scope of work, bill of material, etc. and holding key role in contract negotiations to protect SI value.
  • Lead the technical implementation during the delivery phase.
  • Present offered solution design/architecture to customer and verify/adapt it during realization phase
  • Liaise with SI Engagement Architect and other members of the regional team as well as with Product Managers, Project manager and 3rd party product manager to align customer requirements with available generic solutions, Nokia products and 3rd party products

Skills:

  • Good Knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE Networks and Call flows
  • Solution design & Implementation of IMS Core Network Elements including CFX, TAS, SBC, NN etc.
  • IMS Solution Integration.
  • Experience of installing IMS Node and related Software on commissioned hardware
  • Experience in Cloud + Virtualization and VNF Deployments
  • Good experience in Unix/Linux commands
  • Good experience in Router and Switch configuration
  • Good understanding of IMS Call Flows
  • Basic knowledge of HP product details
  • Basic Knowledge of firmware.
  • Basic scripting language expertise (Shell script, PERL, Python, Ansible) would be added advantage.

Position Requirements: -

  • Ability to discuss with customer for requirements gathering
  • Ability to Solution Design Creation.
  • Solution Deployment and Solution Architecture Creation support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot call flow related issues and fixing the same.
  • Ability to understand the new solutions quickly and delivering the same to Customer.
    - Strong understanding of Mobile Network (2G, 3G & 4G).
  • Advanced level on Operating System such as Linux or Solaris.
  • Experience on networking troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark.
  • Experience on virtualization - VMWare or Open stack
    - Ability to work with both technical and management layers at customer.
  • Ability to work on Automation initiatives.
  • Ability to play a role of Individual contributor as well as team player based on the project requirements.
    - Travel availability: able to travel to onsite on domestic or international travels.
  • Good Communication Skills.
