3-5 years experience designing for consumer facing digital product experiences.
A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.
Proven expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design including but not limited to Interaction Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, Visual Design, Production Design, Research, and Digital Prototyping.
Mastery of design tools including Sketch, Keynote, Photoshop, and various prototyping tools.
Ability to build and organize high quality and consistent design artifacts including flow diagrams, journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, lo and hi-fi mockups, simple prototypes, design specifications, and related documentation.
Familiarity with Design Systems best practices and working with branding / style guidelines.
Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills.
Experience with accessibility, localization, and internationalization.
Experience working on a high performing team, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, leadership, and other key partners.
An online portfolio of professional work is required.
Education & Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
