Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in greenhouse gas accounting, life-cycle assessment or environmental metrics accounting.
- Experience with the Green House Gas (GHG) Protocol, Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and other relevant international standards in a variety of methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in leveraging AI/ML and advanced data analytics for sustainability data management, process optimization and generation of insights.
- Experience with the development and integration of data platforms and pipelines.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise communications for cross-functional and executive leadership audiences.
- Ability to transform traditional environmental accounting processes from manual systems to highly automated, AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent collaborative, proactive and results-oriented skills with a strong commitment to driving execution and fostering a culture of innovation.
