We are looking for a Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) manager to support the Marketing, Clinical and Commercial operations organization for the Asia Pacific region. You will be a valuable business partner to provide critical financial insights to drive timely and actionable decisions. You need to possess strong analytical and technical skillsets to perform feasibility evaluations on business opportunities. You will partner and collaborate closely with the Vice President, Marketing and Commercial Operations Asia Pacific, Corporate FP&A team and market finance leads across the region.
This individual-contributor position will report to the Regional FP&A Director and will preferably, be based in Singapore.
In this role, you will…
to support our growth initiatives. This includes financial modeling for new product launches, monitor key programs and training margins
- Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Monthly Latest Estimates (LE)
- Support the development of our Long Range Strategy and key corporate initiatives
- Work closely with the market finance leads to understand and assess impact of marketing and clinical activities in their markets
- Improve forecast accuracy for marketing promo spend
- Work with corporate FP&A to drive projects for the region i.e. new planning tool, finance data lake
- Identify and optimise process enhancements for FP&A activities
- Perform month end accruals for APAC HQ marketing, clinical and commercial operation expenses
- Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or professional accounting certification such as Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant
- 6-8+ years relevant experience in a MNC environment
- Agile, results oriented, customer focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in MS excel and power point. Familiar with SAP system, SAP BI
- Hands on with great eye for detail
- Strong sense of curiosity, is pro-active and resilient with a willing-to-learn spirit
- Possess work experiences in multinational company environment, with ability to operate in a matrix environment and across diverse cultures
- Self-motivated with an inquisitive mind who seeks to continuously improve existing processes
