Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
- Experience leveraging a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and analysis techniques.
- Experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- 3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization.
- Experience in an analytical role with experience in statistical analysis, experimentation design and analysis, or machine learning.
- AI experience or passion for the AI space.
- Broad toolkit of research skills and the ability to carry out technical discussions with Engineers and product teams.
