Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Need experience between 7 – 10 yrs
• Subject Matter Expert of Calypso Treasury Application.
• Handle all Client communication and Escalations for this tower
• Problem analysis and validation of classification.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong written, oral communication skills and able to manage user / vendor / customer
• Ability to easily adopt to any technology / environment
• Able to Perform root cause analysis on application defects and provide solution for remediation.
• Able to code development, support end-to-end testing in SIT, UAT and deployment to Production environments.
• Industry.Banking – Core banking SME experience in Calypso

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Calypso technical knowledge and also have done Calypso AMS
• Calypso Coder is preferable
• Banking Domain expert
