• Engage across Supply Chain, Legal, and Government Affairs to proactively analyze emerging trends and define strategic priorities for regulatory compliance.
• Drive large-scale transformation projects to advance regulatory preparedness in supply chain
• Lead cross-functional teams to align on strategy, resourcing, deliverables and timeline
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve compliance operating models, processes, technologies, and governance
• Provide consistent and comprehensive status reporting, executive-level dashboards, program updates to key partners and executives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6-9 years of supply chain regulatory experience
• 5+ years leading cross functional global programs

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage at all levels of an organization
• Capable of operating strategically and tactically to deliver complex programs and projects
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity and be comfortable leading and collaborating with multiple partners
• Eager to learn and grow
