In this role, you will be working in one of the world's largest and most complex data warehouse environments. You should be passionate about working with new AWS technology and complex datasets and proactively drive the optimal data architecture with the fast changing business and technology. You will ensure we are effectively delivering high quality products that are scalable and meet business requirements.Key job responsibilities* Performance Optimization: Write complex and efficient SQL queries for data manipulation, transformation, and aggregation. Optimize SQL queries to improve performance and efficiency.* ETL Process Management: Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes. Ensure accurate and efficient data integration from various sources into the data warehouse and the optimal model to fit downstream usage.* Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality checks and controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of data. Co-work with Risk Control Management Team to ensure the optimal data quality and compliance.* Collaboration and Support: Work closely with Global Team to ensure the data foundation is consistent with global standards and adapted to the latest technology; Co-work with other BA, BIE, and partner to run the data ecosystem and translate data needs to robust data solutions* Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in products, tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance data analytics capabilities and deliver actionable insights.

- 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL or ETL
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. within SQL, self-service data tools and Quicksight.
- Define the data elements and data structure that our team should leverage to enable analytical and reporting capabilities for our business development team
- Design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable the team to scale as we grow presence in new and existing territories
- Preparing and delivering business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Define the business problem and solution approach autonomously with limited guidance.
- Write concise documents communicating results to stakeholders and visualize data to drive decision making
