Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Availability Management aims to track, measure, and improve all aspects of the product supply chain to support the On-Time fulfilment of our customer’s demand. Serve as the liaison between local and regional functions to align Order Fulfilment's requirement to meet country stakeholders' needs. It is the primary link with Central Purchasing to guarantee a country E2E smooth planning and buying execution. It is accountable for the product supply from PO Confirmation until delivery at DC. A key enabler for the achievement of OTA, COTA, and COTIF targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing the mostoptimal supply Availabilityperspective to maximize channels' product confirmation process.
- Continuously assessing new opportunities toimprove Availabilityvia a faster decision-making processwhilesimplifying the interfacesand operating rhythm with regional teams.
- Responsible for thePurchase Order Management (POM)of Planned Orders (Pre-planned status onwards) until delivery at DC, leveraged on the strategic influence and collaborative work with Inbound & Customs teams.
- Drive and execute, viafactory's tickets, all critical decisions related to POs adjustments, e.g., Early/Hold/Short/Air PP/ and any ship mode change, based on country's need.
- ManageAir Freightrequests, including local approval process, and revert the decision to Central Purchasing for consolidation and final submission to global.
- Owner of thePAF processexecution by timely updating, in conjunction with the Inbound Team, of all PO´s Current Delivery Date, especially those without LA.
- Provide thePOs shipping priorityto Inbound Hub according to local business needs.
- Leads theSMAL planning meetingsto provide the most accurate Availability regarding campaigns. Align on action plans to mitigate delays. Confirm local campaign visibility to Central Purchasing.
- Leads theLAB meetings(after Buy Plan execution) to provide the anticipated supply visibility to channels and suggest the required demand signal adjustment to maximize product availability.
- Provide visibility with Central Purchasing aboutsupply delay reasons,which are criticalto support the OTA/COTA/COTIF's Gap analysis.
- Build on-site support to ensure a smoothcountry E2E seasonal executionleveraged on validating and implementing critical processes likeRIDs setting and SO/Fcst RDD guidance.
- Participate in monthly meetings to shareAvailability projections, monitor Key Launches, and align on market priorities to provide the SCM team with critical info for planning purposes.
- Work cross-functionallyacross the supply chain organization (including local sourcing) and Back Office functions to achieve on-time and in-full deliveries.
- Identifycritical supply chain constraintsand determine actions to overcome the delaystogether withCentral Purchasing and the Inbound Hub, thus achieving customer and business expectations.
- Identifyimprovement initiativesacross the region and implementbest practicestoimprove the Availability and order book execution, thus achieving customer and business expectations.
- Provide visibility to the business and fulfillment center of landed volume projection (showing arrivals, goods in transit, what has been purchased, and what is pending to buy in terms of units and FOB per ex-factory).
- Trackingkeypurchasing KPIsto establish the proper connection with the regional team to guarantee the highest sales order and forecast coverage.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent education required.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management
