Senior Manager, IGTD Data Operations and Reporting (Plymouth, MN)
Job DescriptionIn this role, you have the opportunity to lead and execute high-impact strategies that enable sales performance and operational excellence for the IGT Devices portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Go to Market Strategy, you will oversee and execute data operations, data strategy, territory & roster management, and analytical reporting.
Your role:
- Oversee IGTD North America’s data operations, including enrichment and cleansing of Philips customer master data for IGTD use cases, territory and roster tracking, integration of 3rd party datasets such as procedure claims data, etc.
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional partners to identify and refine 3rd party data inputs, operationalize translation to IGTD use cases, and integrate into IGTD data lakes, reporting platforms and offline reports.
- Manage IGTD sales territory processes, including orchestrating the territory design process, operationalizing sales roster and territory assignments via Anaplan, and co-executing the territory design with your sales excellence partners via the Javelin territory designer tool.
- Lead IGTD reporting enablement with a focus of translating existing “offline, excel based reports” into cloud platforms, gathering and translating business user requirements, automating and improving remaining offline reports, training field and HQ employes, and establishing robust quality control measures throughout.
- Execute ad-hoc analytics and run-the-business activities to maximize IGTD performance
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. MBA degree, preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations, and/ or an analytical data driven/ data management role. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce.com, Python or similar technologies experience, required. People leadership experience strongly, preferred.
- Your skills include strong focus on analytics, reporting, data management, cleansing of data, sales operations with territory design cases, sales incentives, and performance management.

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $112,000 to $180,000.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
