General Responsibilities:
Manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, etc.) for our organization
Provide prompt and effective technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions
Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity, taking proactive measures to address potential problems
Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Workspace features and best practices, implementing updates and improvements as needed
Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials for users
Focus on building and maintaining the underlying operational aspects of the platform including remediating vulnerabilities
Monitor platform support Slack channels and address customer questions and issues
Lead the availability, resilience and scalability of the platform
Work closely with the Architecture team to align the platforms to latest architecture and configuration
Encourage innovation, automation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity to a legacy process
Develop, and utilize best practices to enhance the overall user experience of the platform
Collaborate with the Software Engineers to ensure software works seamlessly on the platforms
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience administering Google Workspace, G-Suite or Google Apps
At least 3 years of cloud computing, including SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS
At least 3 years of experience in programming or scripting (Python or Javascript )
At least 2 years of experience with AWS
At least 2 years in Feature Testing
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with AWS
2+ years of experience in Agile practices
3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform
3+ year experience in managing Security and Compliance in Google Cloud environments and SaaS applications
1+ year with implementing or deploying AI solutions
