In collaboration with Global Legal and local business functions, support to enable and drive adidas Japan business.
Implement sure defensive legal services, while proactively acting a business partner role simultaneously.
Provide day-to-day legal services to business functions including consulting, contract review, draft and negotiation, structuring of transactions, risk assessment and dispute/investigation handling.
Maintain and improve legal-relevant internal policies and rules for more effective process in adidas Japan.
Provide legal/operational support to the business teams and improve the process including contract signature and e-signature process.
Conduct appropriate and timely training and increase awareness of legal/compliance issues.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
3+ years of experience in legal role. Legal work experiences in some of Retail, wholesale, marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, consumer service, and design are preferrable.
Self-motivated and able to prioritize handling multiple tasks/responsibilities.
Maintain and improve knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Logical and good written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
Business English level for reading/writing.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor, Master or Doctor degree in law or other relevant subject
At least 3 years of progressive experience in business company or law firm
Key Relationships:
Business teams (including senior managements and members)
Global adidas group Legal & Compliance team members
External parties including business partners and law firms
