Job Description:

  • Help customers of porting peripheral related functions, devices.

  • Debugging USB related stability issues.

  • Debugging I2C, SPI and other peripheral interfaces related issues.

  • Trouble shooting, identify peripheral devices related problems reported by customers, analyze and report issues to development team, help development team to narrow down the root cause and fix problems.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Strong experience in C/C++ programming

  • Strong understanding of ARM architecture and embedded OS.

  • Strong understanding of common communication interfaces like USB, I2C, SPI, SDIO and others.

  • Strong understanding of Windows kernel Drivers programming

  • Familiar with Python/Perl or other script language.

  • Strong interpersonal skills Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work on resolving customer reported technical problems.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above with a major of computer science or relevant.

Key words:

Embedded OS, USB, I2C, SPI, Peripheral devices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

• 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques.
