The Difference You Will Make:

In this role, you will manage end-to-end accounting, reconciliation, and reporting processes, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of ’s financial operations. Success in this role means driving process improvements, enhancing control environments, and ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines. Your work will directly support the organization’s goals, with measurable outcomes including timely financial reporting, audit compliance, and successful execution of key projects.

A Typical Day:

  • Prepare and process month-end journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform variance analysis on P/L and BS accounts and provide detailed flux commentary.
  • Collaborate with business partners and auditors to manage reconciliations and ensure SOX compliance.
  • Support transitions, knowledge transfer, and process migrations, ensuring timely delivery of critical tasks.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to communicate accounting requirements for new products, including testing and validation.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and support global ERP system initiatives.

Your Expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multinational, matrix organization, with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across functional and business boundaries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle or other large ERP systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of issues and drive systematic solutions, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing financial information and data.
  • A proactive approach with a desire to continuously improve, coupled with a strong drive to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
