Main Job Duties:

- Enquiries of new project-request for quotation/quick quotation of part cost & tooling quotation;

- Project time line /milestone preparation based on 4-4-4 &follow up until SOP with PBI and closed loop system

- Project progress update presentation to management;

- Ensure new projects are meeting the criteria on Time, Quality and Costs.

- Spare part quotation and order follow up

- Documentation of component, mold and machine shipments

- Invoicing of shipped items

Experience / Job Knowledge / Special Skills:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience

- Good understanding of project planning, project work flow, quote method, shipment flow

- Good documentation and communication skills;

- Able to speak in English and understanding capabilities

- Strong analytical and calculating skills

- Knowledge on PBI ,presentation and AI aspects

- Know how on project management, logistic method , flow and government procedures

- Basic understanding of quote method of mold/dies and assy machines

- Documentation

- Basic understanding of component manufacturing, plastic injection

/metal stamping or machine building

Language Skills:

- English –Basic Writing and speaking skills

- Chinese – fluent spoken & written Mandarin.
