Your impact
When you join us, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Assists in determining project schedules, manpower requirements, and budgets
- Survey existing conditions for renovation projects
- Prepares drawings detailing the system designed, including supervision of junior staff and HVAC designers.
- Develops basic HVAC calculations: e.g., cooling load calculations, fan and pump pressure calculations.
- Selects HVAC equipment
- Prepares energy compliance calculations and forms
- Coordinates work with engineers of other disciplines and architects
- Performs construction administration and field investigation tasks for assigned projects including conducting field inspections and subsequent detailed inspection reports
- Assists in processing contractor requests for information and change orders
