As a Data Governance Lead within our Data Governance and Management team, you will play a pivotal role in executing data governance strategies that enhance the discoverability and quality of our data assets. You will manage data quality issues, define metadata standards, and support the registration of data products. Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute data governance strategies
• Manage day-to-day data governance tasks and data quality issues
• Define metadata standards and data product tiering for the Markets Data Catalog
• Support the registration of data products and drive metadata process automation
• Own business definitions of data ontology and glossaries
• Follow up on data governance metric breaches and data-related issues
• Implement regulatory uplift programs and track progress
• Drive lineage registration and report to firm wide forums

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• You have 5 years of experience with exposure to Markets data or Financial Services
• You have experience leading project teams, preferably in governance or regulatory reporting
• You have experience with data quality management and compliance with data governance policies
• You have experience with metadata management and data catalog hydration
• You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• You have ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams within the firm

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• You have hands-on experience with managing Data-as-a-Product and defining data ontologies
• You are familiar with industry standards and trends for data management
