Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of 5-10 engineers to develop a verification process for complex machine learning compiler software.

· Define acceptance criteria, performance metrics, and test accuracy.

· Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, provide feedback on code quality, drive documentation improvements, and ensure defects identification and resolution occurs on time.

· Ensure that the software product meets the highest quality standards.

· Ensure that the team is meeting customer requirements.

· Be the primary driver of code quality.

· Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant discipline. A master’s degree is preferable.

· 10+ years of practical experience in software testing.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.

· Experience with compilers or hardware optimized software.

· A good eye for detail.

· Leadership skills.

· The ability to work independently and to collaborate with others.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.
